General Information and Cruise Conditions
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS:
Your reservation deposit of $100 ($50/person nonrefundable) is required with your registration. The payment schedule is as follows:
- Initial deposit of $100 per person due at time of reservation
- 2nd Payment of $200 per person due September 1, 2007
- 50% of remaining balance due March 1, 2008
- Final payment of balance due on or before May 1, 2008
Travel Documents
A passport will be required for this trip. For passport information, visit www.travel.state.gov.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations between September 1, 2007 and January 1, 2008 will have a 50% penalty per person. All cancellations after March 1, 2008 will have no refund.
ADVANCES OR DELAYED SAILINGS:
In the event of strike, lockouts, riots or stoppage of labor from whatever causes, or for any other reason whatsoever beyond the control of Holland America, Holland America in its sole discretion may cancel, advance, or postpone any scheduled sailing or call at any port and may (but is not obligated to) substitute another vessel, and Holland America shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever to passengers by reason of such cancellation, advancement, postponement, or substitution.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Holland America expressly disclaims any responsibility for personal injury or property damage arising out of the acts or negligence of any air carrier, hotel, or any other person rendering any of the services offered in addition to the ship’s cruise and shall not be responsible for any damage or inconvenience caused by late air, car or motorcoach arrivals, cruise cancellations or delays in departure or return, nor for loss or damage to baggage, automobiles, or other property of the passenger occurring off the vessel. Neither Holland America, nor their respective owners, agents, officers, or employees shall be liable for illness, accident, death, dismemberment weather, strikes, acts of God, terrorist acts, or the accessibility, appearance, actions or decisions of any persons or entities promoted for this cruise.
